Wednesday 3rd. Low cloud and showers in a cool, moderate N'ly airstream meant there was no flying.
Thursday 4th, The cool light to moderate N'ly flow continued with the maximum temperature only reaching 5.7C. Flying was delayed until around 1100 hrs when Laurie Clark and Andy Evans took a launch in K21 JVZ off runway 02 to check out the weather, with a resultant thumbs up for continued flying. 4 further flights resulted, with one of these being by Andrew Watson in his ASW20, his duration, 1:25 being the longest of the day. Andrew's 1:25 flight saw him climb to around 6,000' asl in N'ly wave. Mr P Atkin, flying the ASW20 off the last launch of the day, had a 0:38 flight with a climb of around 100' above his launch height. Mr Atkin also earlier had the only other flight to exceed 30 minutes, having 33 minutes in JVZ with Andy Evans.
