Cancellations & Refunds
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone ‘text message’ and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to levy a £25 charge to cover any administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of Services not underway, shall be refunded. Items purchased from ourselves may be refunded within 14 days of sale, provided they are returned in original and saleable condition with undamaged packaging; excepting flight vouchers and other personalised goods, for which all sales are final.
Flight vouchers are personalised goods and therefore all sales are final. Flight vouchers are redeemable by the named holder within the period of validity specified on the voucher. Unused vouchers become void at the end of the validity period unless extended by the Club, at the sole discretion of the Club. Flight vouchers may be transferred to another person at the sole discretion of the Club provided they remain within the validity period. Flight vouchers are not exchangeable for other goods, services or any other valuable consideration.
Nothing in this refund policy shall affect your statutory rights.
