Thursday 6th.  A cloudy day, with a cool and moderate WNW'ly blowing, did not generate any significant lift, with the 8 ATs off runway 24 recording a maximum flight duration of 23 minutes. Indeed, the 3 longest flights of 23, 22 and 20 minutes were all for the day's First Flight pupils and resulted from tows to between 2,700' and 3,000' QFE, although the 23 minute flight did record a climb of 100' shortly after release.   The day also included a single sortie from the Falke, with James Shaw/David Sculfor having 35 minutes practicing simulated field landings close to site as well as touch and go's  at Bagby and at site on runways 02, 20 and 24.
