Saturday 6th. A light to moderate, mild SSW led to low cloud forming over the North York Moors with showers in the morning and afternoon and more persistent rain in the evening. A brief window of flyable weather in the early afternoon, albeit with restricted release heights due to cloud, led to 2 ATs off runway 20. The first, with Toby Wilson/James Horton, lasted for 11 minutes off a 1100' tow in K21 KLW due to some reduced sink on the home bowl, with visitors Tim Beasley/Lewis Lunden then taking KLW for a 10 minute flight off a 1500' tow.
