Monday 3rd.  A generally sunny day, with patches of Stratocumulus and isolated Cumulus, as a moderate to moderate to fresh E'ly blew.  Significant lift was hard to come by as evidenced by the 2  longest flights being of 24 minutes from the 10 ATs flown off runway 06, with both flights taking 3k tows.  Dave McKinney/Chris Grice in K21 JVZ and James Shaw/Steve Ogden in the DG500 took  these flights, Dave/Chris managing a 400' climb over the site  and James/Steve not managing a climb, but using a couple of weak thermals to slowly descend at an average sink rate of < 0.5 kts over 15 minutes.  The Falke had 2 flights, the first an O/R to Guisborough W., outward via Tontine and return via Carlton Bank, and the second a touch and go at Pocklington followed by a return to site via Hutton Le Hole.
