Wednesday 24th to Tuesday 30th. This period was marked by persistent low cloud brought in on winds with an easterly component. This restricted flying to 2 days and to a single flight on each of these days. Saturday saw a single, 6 minute flight in K21 KLW from an 1100' tow off runway 02, while the flight on Sunday, the 28th, was by Derek Smith, who took his nephew for a 1:13 flight in the Falke, the weather providing a 2,300' asl cloud base and 10 km visibility.
