Tuesday 26th. A light SSE'ly flow slowly increased in strength to moderate to fresh and veered into the SW, its accompanying low cloud and showers not clearing until mid/late afternoon, so there was no flying.
Wednesday 27th. Storm Agnes' strong winds and heavy rain did not impact the NE of England, with wind speed and direction being moderate and S'ly. However, its extensive and low overcast did prevent any flying.
